Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 1 month before arrival: No Charge
Cancellations 29 to 7 days before arrival: 10% of the first night.
Cancellations from 6 to 1 day before arrival: 50% of the first night

No Show Policy:
No Shows have a one night charge.

Extra person Policy:
1 extra adult is accepted in the room with a cost of $200.00 pesos

Kids Policy:
Children under 12 years old don’t pay extra fee, older than 12 years old pay adult rate.

Pets Policy:
Small pets are allowed in the hotel only under previous reservation.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
